These
are the items you or your organization will be
responsible for:
Speaker Fee 1/2 paid upon contract signing, 1/2
day of presentation. Speaker Accommodations 3 star or
better hotel. Transportation to and from the airport,
and to and from the meeting site if different from the
hotel.
Upgradable roundtrip airline flight to closest major
airport. The agenda of the meeting.
Brochures and publicity photos and marketing materials
for the meeting.
Meeting room size is appropriate to the size of the
audience? Room well-lit?
Sound system working and at proper sound level?
Test. Recording equipment working?
Test. Audio-visual equipment present as necessary?
Glass of water for Speaker?
Clip on microphone tested and working properly?
If back-of-room sales are permitted, table set up?
Plan on breaks at least every 90 minutes (if
applicable)?
